Ashley is a Policy Associate at Employ America, specializing in industrial policy and inflation management. Her work focuses on how the federal government can leverage strategic authorities to curb inflation, stimulate public and private investments, and commercialize emerging industries to boost economic growth and sustain full employment.
Prior to joining Employ America, Ashley served as a Fellow with the International City/County Management Association in State College, Pennsylvania, where she concentrated on economic development and affordable housing. She also previously worked on tax and economic policy initiatives in Senator Michael Bennet’s office. Ashley received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master's in Public Policy from The George Washington University.
